No. I don't consider myself a racist because I don't see a reason to hate someone just for their race, color and similar aspects.

But like anyone else there are certain cultural, political and religious aspects that are general in certain countries where I don't agree with.

I think racism is such a ridiculous concept, hating someone for their skin color, culture or place where they were born? It has no real logic, that's just plain stupidity.
