I want to kill everyone around me

As in the title, I wanna kill everyone around me. Even my parents and siblings. Sometimes I can feel the urge to tear their flesh, or stab them on their neck. The feeling of going berserk cannot leave my head... Help me

3yesterday my intrusive thoughts won and i forced my aunt to turn and grabbed her boobs and ass, and kissed her neck , than instantly she told me "get off me psycho!" and i had to move 2 steps back and i went home , now i want to kill her.
