Probably a scam, stuff like this (buying paypal accounts, buying gift cards, CC nums, etc.) is mostly all scams, it's at the point where there is so much misinformation that you can't even figure out what is legit and what's not. All you can really do is roll the dice, I guess.

All scam, even the person below with link. Even though all are scam always check the wallet address first, it is most likely be 0 or very less amount.  

People who run verified link services are mostly the scammers that verify their own scam sites to lure people, even is top forums scams get verified or advertised. This is DARKWEB.
