Please clarify this question about a QR code
I have access to a QR code for a bank account in the country that is considered the heart of the South.
and that QR code has a lot of money in that bank account. My question
Is it possible to modify this QR code with the information, account number?
and the amount of money in the account to be able to transfer it to another QR code or another bank account. And if so, is it possible to sell all this?

No. QR code is simply a representation of text data. It has no link to the original site. Think of it like a picture. Photo shopping someone's hair color doesn't change it in real life.
